Welcome to Yagenova (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services provided by Yagenova, operated under HJAMZN LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use or access our Site.


We are an independent reseller of fragrance products, including products manufactured by Urban Collection and other third-party brands. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Urban Collection or any designer brands that any fragrances may be inspired by. Any references to brand names are for comparison and descriptive purposes only.

 


Use of the Site

By using this Site, you agree that you are at least 18 years old or visiting under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for personal shopping purposes.


You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

As a reseller, some product details, such as fragrance notes or “inspired-by” descriptions, are based on information provided by manufacturers or third parties. We do not represent or warrant that any product is identical to, or officially associated with, any designer or brand-name fragrance.


We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without notice.

 


Orders and Payment

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order at our discretion. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address or phone number provided at the time of purchase.


  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  • We are not liable for pricing errors, typographical errors, or misprints.
  • Payment must be made in full before we ship any products.


If your payment method is declined or reversed, we reserve the right to cancel your order.





Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

  • We offer Standard and Expedited shipping options at checkout.
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on your location and the selected service.
  • All orders are processed the same day they are placed on a business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays), and ship out the next business day as long as it is a business day.



Once an order has been shipped:

  • The package becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by the carrier.
  • In such cases, you may need to file a claim directly with the carrier.
