Purchase Options & Subscription Cancellation Policy

At Yagenova, some products are available with a “Subscribe & Save” option that allows customers to receive their fragrance automatically on a recurring schedule.

Subscription Billing
When you select a subscription option, you agree to be charged automatically at the selected interval (for example, every 30 days) using the payment method provided at checkout.

Managing Your Subscription
You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting our support team.

Cancellation Timing
To avoid being charged for the next shipment, subscriptions must be canceled at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date. If a cancellation request is made after the order has already been processed, the order will still be shipped and cannot be canceled.

Processed Orders
Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. Any future shipments can still be canceled at any time.

Returns
Subscription orders follow the same return and refund policies as standard purchases. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
